CEO

Steven earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wichita State University before joining Pawnee Industries, where he held various positions. He became the CEO of NPC in 1989.

Executive VP

Michael graduated from Benedictine College in 1985 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. After four years in sales at Pawnee Industries, he joined NPC as executive vice president.

Vice President

Scott earned a bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University in business administration with an influence in entrepreneurship. He is very proud of NPC’s legacy and is passionate about providing quality products to all customers. “Whatever it takes!”

Director of Manufacturing

Siva brings leadership and technical acumen to NPC. He graduated from Wichita State University with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He has over 20 years of expertise in the plastics industry, specializing in color compounding/masterbatch and extrusion engineering.
